Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, while welcoming the Union Budget presented by Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman in the Parliament today, has described it as an all-inclusive and public welfare budget that realizes the resolve of a developed India.
Shri Maurya said that this budget is a strong step towards the empowerment of the poor, farmers, youth, women and middle class under the visionary leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Special priority has been given in the budget to important sectors like agriculture, infrastructure, employment generation, MSME, startups, education and health, which will give a new impetus to the country’s economy. At the same time, decisions that increase skill development, employment and self-employment opportunities for the youth will prove to be a milestone in the direction of the country’s bright future.
Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya said that while appreciating the provisions for economic empowerment of women, welfare of the poor and relief to the middle class, he said that this budget is going to bring the light of development to the person standing in the last line of the society.
