  1. Rub with sandpaper (sanding): This is the most straightforward and effective way. Take a medium grit sandpaper and rub it lightly on the soles of shoes. Especially rub more on those parts that come in contact with the ground. This will make the soles a bit rough and their grip will be improved. After rubbing, wipe the soles of the shoes with a dry cloth so that the dirt is removed.
