Material:

Carrot

Onion and Green Pepper

Capsicum

Oat

Salt

ghee curry

leaves

Mustard seeds

Method:

– Put some ghee and mustard seeds in a pan. -Now add curry leaves, carrot, onion, green chilli, capsicum and salt. Then, add oats. – Fry lightly and when the vegetables appear cooked, add water. – Let everything cook well and add green coriander. – Let it cook and when it is cooked, add chopped coriander leaves to it. If desired, add a spoonful of ghee on top and serve.
