A minor altercation on Wednesday evening is said to be the root cause of this incident of fighting:

• Origin of the controversy: JE Rishu Mishra of the Electrical Department had reached the Radiology Department at around 5:30 pm on Wednesday evening to repair the central AC. While working there, he had a dispute and altercation with some junior doctors.
