Pakistan Rejects Trump’s Major Warning; Flatly Refuses to Sign Abraham Accords Pakistan rejects Trump’s big warning, flatly refuses to sign Abraham Accords

A very shocking and big news is coming out from the stage of global politics. Pakistan, which is often accused of surrendering to American priorities, has this time looked directly at Washington. Pakistan has outright rejected a major diplomatic proposal of US President Donald Trump. In fact, President Trump had said in a statement that many major Muslim countries including Pakistan will have to sign the ‘Abraham Accords’ to normalize relations with Israel. On this order of Trump, such a strong reply has come from Pakistan which has surprised even the American administration. Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has made it clear in clear words that his country will never be a part of this agreement.

Trump’s claim – Talked to Pak Army Chief Asim Munir, Muslim countries will have to come together

This entire controversy started with a very long and detailed social media post by US President Donald Trump on Monday. Trump made a big claim saying that America’s peace talks with Iran are progressing on a ‘very good’ track. He said that as soon as the final agreement with Iran is concluded, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan and Pakistan should come together and sign the ‘Abraham Accord’ establishing diplomatic relations with Israel. Trump also made the sensational claim that he himself had spoken directly to Pakistani Army Chief (Chief of Army Staff) Field Marshal Asim Munir in this regard. Trump said in a warning tone that the intentions of the countries who stay away from this agreement will be questioned.

This agreement is against our basic ideology, we will never recognize Israel

The Pakistan government did not waste any time in defusing these big claims of Trump. In a special interview given to Pakistani news channel ‘Sama TV’, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif completely rejected the US President’s proposal. Khawaja Asif said, “Personally and officially, I believe that Pakistan should not be involved in any agreement or alliance that is contrary to our basic and national ideology. Pakistan’s stand on this sensitive issue has been very clear from day one that it is not possible for us to accept Israel at any cost.”

‘Israel prohibited’ is written on the passport, how to sit at the table with those whose promises are not trusted?

The Pakistani Defense Minister, in a scathing attack on Israel, further said, “How can you sit at a table on the international stage with people whose words, treaties and promises cannot be trusted even for a day?” Citing the country’s sovereignty, Khawaja Asif reminded that Pakistan is the only country in the world whose official passport clearly carries a statutory warning that ‘this passport is valid for all countries of the world except Israel.’ He made it clear that there is no question of recognizing a country whose name is banned in our passports.

What is Donald Trump’s ‘Abraham Accord’ and why is there an uproar over it?

Abraham Accords is actually a strategic and historical agreement prepared under American mediation and diplomacy, which started in the year 2020 during the previous tenure of Donald Trump. The main objective of this agreement is to permanently end Israel’s decades-old diplomatic enmity with Arab and Muslim majority countries and to normalize trade, strategic and political relations between them.

Initially, Gulf countries like United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain became part of this agreement, after which Morocco and Sudan also restored official relations with Israel. The main objective of America is to completely counter the growing military and political influence of Iran in the Middle East by creating a strong block of Israel and Arab countries through this agreement, which Pakistan has now clearly refused to accept.
