1 cup wheat flour
Half cup pure desi ghee
Half cup sugar or sugar (as per taste)

To make Panjiri, first heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Now add wheat flour to it and fry on low flame till it turns golden brown. Add milk, curd, ghee, honey and sugar in a clean glass or brass vessel. Beat them all lightly with the help of a spoon so that everything becomes uniform. Finally add washed basil leaves into it.
