Mythology: Why is it called ‘Bhimseni Ekadashi’?

The rules are very strict: know the exact method of worship

Fasting on Nirjala Ekadashi requires immense physical and mental strength along with devotion:

  1. Bath and resolution: On the day of the fast, wake up before sunrise and take a holy bath and take water in your hand and take a strong resolution to observe fast without food and water (without water) in front of Lord Vishnu.

  2. Importance of yellow clothes: Lord Vishnu loves yellow color very much, hence wear clean yellow clothes during worship. Yellow flowers, yellow sandalwood, incense lamps and especially Tulsi Dal (Basil Leaves) Offer.
