New wave of awareness in West Champaran, target of 100% voting

Voter awareness programs are being organized continuously under the guidance of the District Election Officer.

Special attention is being given to women and young voters.

Every voter of West Champaran district should exercise his franchise on 11th November: District Returning Officer.

On the occasion of Bihar Legislative Assembly General Election-2025, West Champaran District Administration is running a voter awareness campaign on a large scale with the aim of ensuring 100 percent voting. Under this, programs are being organized continuously by Sweep Cell from the district headquarters to the Panchayat and village level.

Nodal Officer, District Sweep Cell, Smt. Nagma Tabassum said that all these activities are being conducted under the guidance and guidance of District Election Officer-cum-District Officer, Shri Dharmendra Kumar. He said that under the SVEEP campaign, events like rallies, awareness march, street play, poster competition, wall painting, cycle rally, and signature campaign are being organized continuously with the help of various schools, colleges, government and non-government institutions of the district.

He said that the active cooperation of all the departments, offices and personnel of the district is playing an important role in the success of this campaign. Along with this, many voluntary organizations, social organizations, NSS, NCC cadets, scouts and guides and local artists are also motivating the voters to vote.

He said that voter awareness programs are especially focusing on women voters, young voters and first time voters. For this, special communication and public relations programs are being run at school-colleges and gram panchayat level.

District Election Officer Shri Dharmendra Kumar said that voting is the biggest power of democracy. Our aim is that every voter of West Champaran district should exercise his franchise on November 11 and the target of 100 percent voting should be achieved.
