After the huge uproar and alleged firing incident in the coaching hub of Patna, the capital of Bihar, a very big news is coming out from the legal circles regarding Faisal Khan alias ‘Khan Sir’, one of the most popular teachers of the country. After the FIR was registered by the police against Khan Sir, there was a lot of speculation about his surrender today, but now his legal team has put an end to all these speculations. Khan sir’s lawyer has told the media in clear and unambiguous words that he is not going to surrender before the court today and instead he will seek relief through legal route.
Big statement of the lawyer, said- a conspiracy is being hatched to implicate and defame Khan Sir.
Khan sir’s official lawyer Arvind Kumar Mahuar has issued a statement on this entire matter and has raised serious questions on the police action. The lawyer claims that the FIR lodged by the police is completely baseless and false, in which Khan sir is being dragged unnecessarily. He said that neither has anyone made any personal complaint nor has any direct victim come forward in this entire matter, this entire story has been fabricated only on the basis of police statements and alleged footage. The legal team alleges that in view of the increasing popularity of Khan sir, a well-planned conspiracy is being hatched to defame and implicate him.
Preparation to file anticipatory bail, big decision may come on Monday
To save Khan sir from arrest, his army of lawyers has become fully active. His lawyer told that due to technical problems of the deadline on Saturday and the court being closed on Sunday, now anticipatory bail application will be filed on behalf of Khan sir in Patna Civil Court on Monday. Police is continuously putting pressure on Khan Sir’s institute ‘Khan Global Studies’ and possible targets, seeing which Khan Sir’s supporters and students have also come out in large numbers in his support. Now all eyes are on the court’s decision on Monday whether Khan sir gets relief or his problems will increase further.
