  1. Soaking and making paste: Wash figs and apricots in clean water and soak them for 2-3 hours. After they swell, prepare a fine paste.

  2. Dry Fruits Powder: Grind almonds and dates separately in a mixer and make a coarse powder.

  3. Frying the Dough: Add ghee in a pan and fry the wheat flour on low flame for 15-20 minutes until it turns golden.

  4. Preparing the mixture: In another pan, add ghee and fry the fig-apricot paste until the ghee starts separating. Now add roasted flour, almonds and date powder to it. Finally add raisins and stir well.
