Prayagraj, 02 September (HS). A workshop was organized in the auditorium of Prayagraj Divisional Office on Monday under the chairmanship of General Manager of North Central Railway Upendra Joshi. In which the railway officials who worked in Kumbh Mela 2013-2019 shared their experiences for the successful organization of the upcoming Kumbh Mela 2025.
On this occasion, the General Manager said that this workshop is very important for the organization of Kumbh 2025. Through this, we can once again assess our preparation in accordance with the experiences gained in relation to each of our areas and improve it further. All the infrastructure work that is currently underway will be completed on time. Along with this, a large-scale brainstorming is being done on the operation of trains. Today's ideas will also be taken into account in this.
General Manager of North Western Railway Amitabh shared his experiences of Kumbh 2019 and told what to do and what not to do. He said that proper arrangements should be made for the workers coming from outside. Additional Divisional Railway Manager General Prayagraj Sanjay Singh said that Prayagraj Division has prepared a plan for Kumbh 2025 by learning from past experiences. In which the experiences of all of you will be included and it will be finalized. Several rounds of meetings have been held with the civil administration to prepare the plan. 21 new ROB RUB have been constructed in the city to run the traffic smoothly in the fair.
In the workshop, all the officials shared their experiences on crowd management, security arrangements, ticket distribution and uninterrupted flow of crowd. During the fair, how many trains should be arranged as per the time-bound plan and how many trains should be arranged for the crowd, the doors of the train should be open when reaching the platform, how will the medical arrangements be made in case of emergency, what will be the arrangement for stay and food for the employees, the officials gave their views and suggestions on many such points.
