According to the report, the maximum impact of the weather is being seen in eastern and north-eastern districts like Purnia, Katihar, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Saharsa, Khagaria, and Bhagalpur. The capital Patna and surrounding areas are also cloudy and it is raining intermittently.
