Rajkumar Hirani told in a recent interview that he does not want to make the sequel of any film just to earn money. He said, “Making a sequel is a big responsibility. I recently got an idea that fits the bill to bring the Munna Bhai and Circuit duo back on screen. This idea came completely out of the blue, and now I am working on it.”

The biggest excitement for the fans is to see Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi together again. According to Hirani:
Scripting Stage: Currently work is going on on the basic plot of the story.
No compromise on quality: Hirani made it clear that he would not start shooting until he was 100% satisfied with the script.
