Disappointed at not getting a chance in the Test team.

Yuvraj Singh was selected

Manoj Tiwari said- “When I played 65 first-class matches, I was batting well. My average was also around 65. When the Australian team came to tour India, I scored 130 runs in a friendly match played in Chennai. After this, he scored 93 runs in the same match against England. I was very close to getting a place in Team India, but they chose Yuvraj Singh. That's why I couldn't get the test cap. I was also given the Man of the Match award for scoring a century, but still I was ignored.

Ignored for 14 consecutive matches

Manoj Tiwari further said that I was ignored in 14 consecutive matches. Manoj said- When a player's confidence is at its peak and then someone breaks it, then that player is ruined. After this, when Manoj Tiwari was asked who destroyed this confidence, he said that I do not want to take anyone's name. He said that when a player is dropped, it is the decision of the team management.

Why was he thrown out of the team?

After this, when Manoj Tiwari was asked whether MS Dhoni was the captain then? So he said- “MS Dhoni was the captain. If I get a chance to ask a question, I will ask why I was dropped from the team despite scoring a century? Meanwhile, Manoj Tiwari talked about his trip to Australia. He said that no one was scoring runs at that time. From Rohit Sharma to Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli, no player could perform well. But what can I say now? I got nothing to lose.
