Material:
- Cardamom
- Sugar
- tea powder
- cardamom powder
- cinnamon
- cloves
- black pepper
- Ginger
- basil leaves
- Circumcision
- Water
- Milk
To make tandoor tea, first heat water in a vessel. When the water boils, add all the spices in it and let it boil.
Grind ginger, dry ginger and basil leaves in a mortar. Boil the prepared mixture in a vessel.
Then add tea leaf powder to it and boil well until the color of the tea changes. After the spices boil, their aroma will spread everywhere.
Add sugar and milk to the prepared tea and boil the tea. After the color of the tea changes, turn off the gas.
Heat the earthen pot on gas. Then pour the boiled tea into an earthen pot and serve.
