Make semolina cheela for breakfast, the taste is amazing!

You might have eaten many types of cheela, but today we are going to tell you about vermicelli cheela, which is very tasty and interesting, so let's know its recipe.

Material:

Vermicelli – 1 cup, crushed

Semolina – 1 cup

Ginger – 1 tablespoon, finely grated

Curd – 1/2 cup

Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice – half lemon

Green chilli – 2, finely chopped

Carrot – 1 medium size, finely chopped

Onion – 1, finely chopped

Rice flour – 2 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

Coriander leaves – 1 to 2 tablespoons, finely chopped

oil as per requirement

Method:

-Finely chop or grate ginger, carrot, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.

– Heat a pan on gas. – Add vermicelli and fry for two to three minutes.

– Add semolina in the same pan and fry until it turns golden brown.

– Take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

– Now add lemon juice, curd and salt in the mixture. mix well.

-Add water while stirring slowly and make a batter of medium consistency. – Cover it and leave it for 5-10 minutes.

– Add cumin powder, ginger, onion, green coriander, green chilli and carrot in the batter. Add salt as per taste.

– Add rice flour to the mixture and mix well.

-Heat a pan on the stove. -Add some oil and when it becomes hot, pour the semolina-vermicelli mixture over it with a ladle and spread it in a round shape. – Cook until golden brown on both sides.

-Repeat the process to make more cheelas from the remaining batter.

– Serve hot delicious semolina-vermicelli cheela with tomato sauce.
