Material:

  • Groundnut
  • Green chilly
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Ginger
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Asafoetida
  • Curry leaf

Action:

  • To make peanut paste, first heat a pan and fry the peanuts in it. Do not add oil to it while frying peanuts.
  • When the peanut becomes cold, peel it and wrap it in a cloth and slam it on the ground.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, coriander, garlic and green chillies and fry it well.
  • Then add grated ginger and asafoetida. Finally add turmeric, mix and turn off the heat.
  • Then add oil to the pan again and fry the onion and curry leaves until they are crushed well.
