News India Live, Digital Desk: Kesari 2 ′ in Controversy: Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Kesari 2’ is already trapped in legal trouble. FIR (First Information Report) has been filed in Mumbai against 7 producers of the film. It is alleged that the film is being made by stolen the story of Bengal’s first freedom movement ‘Chuad Rebellion’.
Bengali film maker Sanjeev Aggarwal has approached the court. He claims that in 2013-14, he contacted Viacom 18 Production House with his script ‘Banga Veer’. His story was based on the Chuad rebellion of Bengal, which is also considered to be India’s first freedom struggle. Aggarwal alleges that Viacom 18 showed interest in his story, meetings were also held, but later broke the contact without giving any answer. Now the same production house is preparing to make ‘Kesari 2’ on this subject with some other producers.

The first part of the film ‘Kesari’ was based on Saragarhi’s War (1897), while ‘Kesari 2’ is being built on a completely different and old historical event.
Now it has to be seen what will be the future of ‘Kesari 2’ after this FIR and what the filmmakers give clarification on this serious allegation.
