Keshav Prasad Maurya gave instructions for the renovation of Bankati Hanuman Temple located in the Prime Minister’s parliamentary constituency.

In the Janata Darshan program of Lucknow, Keshav Prasad Maurya seriously listened to the problems and complaints of the citizens coming from various districts including Firozabad, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Etawah, Lakhimpur Kheri, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Aligarh, Chandauli, Mirzapur and directed the officials of the concerned departments and districts by telephone and in writing to ensure timely and effective action by examining all the cases as per the rules. In this sequence, an incident came to light by Mr. Girish Kumar Mishra, Head Priest from Varanasi regarding the renovation of Bankati Hanuman Temple located in the Prime Minister’s parliamentary constituency and developing it as a heritage site, in which the Principal Secretary, Tourism took the matter seriously and was instructed to take necessary action as per the rules.

The Deputy Chief Minister immediately spoke on phone to the District Magistrate of Prayagraj, Aligarh, Chandauli, Mirzapur along with the Superintendent of Police of Lakhimpur Kheri and gave instructions to ensure quick and effective action as per the rules in the related matters. Firozabad (Pond Renovation): Chitrapal, a resident of village Gadhiya, placed a demand for renovating the pond in the area. Pratapgarh (House allotment): Ram Bahadur Singh son of Parasnath of Sadar Pratapgarh. Prompt action was taken on other complaint letters along with the request to provide houses under the Prime Minister’s Urban Housing Scheme.
