How to make Makhan-Mishri

Material

Fresh White Makhan (Butter): ½ cup (homemade better, fresh cream)

Mishri (Sugar Crystals): 2-3 tablespoons (slight hut or whole)

Cream (fresh cream): 1 tablespoon (optional, to enhance taste)

cardamom powder: 4 tsp (for optional, fragrance and taste)

Tulsi leaves: 2-3 (Optional, while offering God)

Method

Prepare Makhan:

If the house is a Makhan, then beat the fresh cream with a churning/electric beater, until the Makhan is separated.

Wash the makhan with cold water so that the remains of more milk are removed.

Mix sugar candy:

Put fresh Makhan in a bowl.

Add hut or whole sugar candy to it (if it is huti, you will get it easily, if the whole is good).

Flavor and texture:

Mix cardamom powder and cream – This will increase fragrance and richness.

Serving:

Remove the prepared mixture in the bowl, decorate it with basil leaves.

Serve cold, use in worship or enjoyment.
