Around 50-60 people had gathered at Vijaya Gas Agency since 6 am on Tuesday to collect the cylinders. Consumers alleged that despite booking for several days, they were not receiving the cylinders and the agency employees were not giving any satisfactory answer. Relief for married houses: Department will provide cylinders
This shortage of gas during Sahalag (wedding season) has increased the problems of the general public. However, the supply department has given relief news. In view of the wedding ceremonies, the District Supply Office is now specially providing cylinders. District Supply Officer (DSO) Rakesh Kumar Told that the houses where there is a marriage, they can give the application form along with the marriage card in the office. After this, they are being allotted commercial cylinders after depositing security. So far, cylinders have been provided on more than 200 applications.

The supply chain is expected to be affected due to the ban on delivery of commercial cylinders and the ongoing war in the Middle East.
