Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (ibps) and State Bank of India (SBI) and other government banks have made it clear in their recruitment notifications that the CIBIL score of the selected candidates will be checked.

Payment on time: Never miss your credit card bills and loan installments.
Full Settlement: Try to ‘close’ the loan instead of ‘settling’ it.
