But often we hear that “drinking tea causes stomach upset” or “acidity is formed.” Is tea really bad? the answer is no Ayurveda says that tea is not bad, but the way and the time we drink it is spoiling our health.

1. Say no to the culture of ‘Bed Tea’
The biggest mistake we make is drinking tea on an empty stomach as soon as we open our eyes in the morning. Acid forms in our stomach overnight, and on top of that we add hot caffeine. It damages the lining of the stomach and slows down the metabolism.
