Not only high-speed roads are being built in Uttar Pradesh, but a new world of progress and employment is also being created along these roads. Now the work of setting up a new industrial corridor along the Ganga Expressway, the most ambitious project of the state, has intensified.

The work of purchasing land for this project is in its final stages, and soon the way will be cleared for factories and companies to come here.

Where is this industrial corridor being built?

This new industrial city is being established in the tehsil of Sambhal district along the Ganga Expressway. For this, UPEIDA has identified about 240 hectares of land in four villages.

The happy thing is that 95% of the land purchasing work has been completed and most of the farmers have happily given their land for this development work.

Farmers got the right price

  • After agreement with the farmers, 95% of the land has been purchased so far.
  • The government has also paid about Rs 340 crore to more than 1000 farmers in exchange for their land.
  • The remaining 5% land will also be completed soon through the government process of acquisition.

It’s not just land, it’s a map of progress

This is not just a piece of land, but it is a new map of the progress of Purvanchal. The creation of this corridor directly means that:

  • Big companies will come here and set up their units.
  • New factories will be set up.
  • Most importantly, thousands of new employment opportunities will be created for the local youth.
  • The entire social and economic structure of the area will change.

Expressway will give speed to industries

Due to its location on the banks of Ganga Expressway, it will be very easy for the factories built here to transport their goods to other parts of the country. This will reduce logistics costs and business will grow rapidly.

This project will prove to be a new milestone in the industrial progress not only for Sambhal or the surrounding districts, but for the entire Uttar Pradesh, which will bring positive changes in the lives of millions of people.
