Hearing this, Kansa put Devaki and Vasudev in prison and killed seven children as soon as they were born. The seventh child was Balarama, who was removed from Devaki’s womb and shifted Vasudev’s second wife to Rohini’s womb. Then, when Shri Krishna was born as the eighth child, many miracles took place; The prison doors opened automatically, the guards fell asleep, and the paths became easier. Vasudev reached Gokul with Sri Krishna in a soup, the Yamuna river also got distraught by the phase touching. There he handed over the child Krishna to Nand Baba and Yashoda Maiya and returned to the prison with Yashoda’s newborn girl, Kansa wanted to kill this baby girl as the eighth child of Devaki, but the baby left her hand and flew into the sky and told Kansa that her time is still alive and killed Sri Krishna and freed Mathura from her atrocities.
