It is reported that the Central Election Commission team will reach Patna by Friday night. And then, the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Dnyanesh Kumar (CEC Gyanesh Kumar) will come to Patna on Saturday.

2 days marathon meetings and what will be the agenda?

On October 4 and 5, the Election Commission team will hold strong meetings. In these meetings, every small and big information about the preparations for the upcoming assembly elections will be reviewed. During this time, CEC Dnyanesh Kumar will also meet representatives of major political parties of Bihar. This important meeting will be held from 10 am to 12 noon on Saturday 4 October at Hotel Taj in Patna. A maximum of 3 representatives from each party will be able to join it. The Commission will also take suggestions related to the election process from these political parties.

Not only this, the Commission team will also hold separate meetings with the State Chief Secretary (Chief Secretary), Director General of Police (DGP), State Heads of all Central Agencies, District Election Officers (DM), and Senior Police Superintendents (SSP) of the districts. All the necessary aspects related to law and order and election will be reviewed in these meetings. A separate meeting with the State Election Commissioner is also proposed.

When will the announcement of election dates and will change?

After all these marathon meetings, when CEC Dnyanesh Kumar and his team return to Delhi, then the Bihar election dates can be announced at any time. As soon as the election schedule is announced, Model Code of Conduct will be implemented immediately in the whole of Bihar. This will be an important moment when the politics of Bihar will be at a new turn.

According to a letter issued by Additional Chief Electoral Officer Amit Kumar Pandey, the political parties whose representatives have been invited for these meetings include Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Communist Party of India (Marxist), Indian National Congress, National People’s Party, Janata Dal (United), National Jan Shakti Party (United) Rashtriya Jan Shakti Party (Ramvalas Party (Rashtriya Jan Shakti Party).
