District Magistrate found nine employees absent during inspection, sought answers | News India

District Magistrate Dharmendra Pratap Singh conducted a surprise inspection of vaccination at the Urban Primary Health Center located in Azizganj on Tuesday. During this period, when nine employees including the doctor were found absent, the District Magistrate gave instructions to summon their answers.

Vaccination is done from Tuesday to Sunday at urban primary health centers. The District Magistrate had come to inspect it. During this, he inspected various rooms including medicine distribution room, pathology room and took stock of the arrangements there. He also took information regarding the tests being conducted in the hospital and gave necessary directions to the concerned.

During the inspection, when Dr. Shuaib Ali, Pharmacist Hari Om Singh, ANM Mridul Kumari, Shalini Mishra, Rita Rani, Rehana, Kusum, Fatima, Neetu, Lakshmi Devi, Azra Khan and Ward Voy Om Singh were found absent, the District Magistrate issued instructions to seek answers. Given.

The District Magistrate directed that all the staff should be present at the health center till the stipulated time, the mobile numbers of the patients coming to the primary health center should be recorded in the register. The District Magistrate said that the government is providing various facilities to the general public free of cost.
