He clarified that if the police need them, they should call directly in a lawful manner, and they themselves will appear. He also mentioned Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) to the police, under which notice is given before calling for questioning. The first FIR, who is avoiding the talk of the FIR, has now confirmed that the case has been registered. Police officials say they are investigating the authenticity of the video released by Shishir Sinha. At present, further action in the case will be taken on the basis of facts and investigation.
