Complaint against Nitish Bhardwaj's wife for kidnapping of 2 daughters

Mumbai: Actor Nitish Kumar, who became popular by playing the role of Lord Krishna in the TV serial 'Mahabharat', has complained that his wife Smita Ghate has kidnapped their two daughters.

IAS officer Smita Ghate is Nitish's second wife. Nitish was first married to Monisha Patil in 1991 but they got divorced after 15 years. After this, Nitish married Smita Ghate in 2009 but divorced her in 2022.

60 year old Nitish has complained to the Bhopal Police Commissioner that Smita has kidnapped both the daughters. He himself is unaware of where his daughters are now. He has not seen or spoken to his daughters for four years.

Smita is violating the court order to allow regular visits to her daughters. She has blocked Nitish's number and is not even responding to emails.

His wife has changed her daughter's admission several times in the last one and a half years. First he studied in Bhopal, later he got admission in Ooty.

Nitish has already complained in this matter. But no action was taken. He also alleged that Smita was instigating his daughters against him.
