Today, the inauguration and inspection ceremony of the new building of Adarsh Secondary School with modern facilities, constructed at a cost of ₹ 517 lakh, was held in a dignified atmosphere under the chairmanship of Honorable Governor Madam, at Jan Bhawan, Lucknow. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya participated as a special guest. The program started with lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. The cultural programs presented by the students of the school enthralled the crowd present. Dance performances based on patriotic and cultural themes infused enthusiasm and energy into the programme.
Shri Maurya said that the new building of Adarsh Secondary School with modern facilities built at a cost of ₹ 517 lakh was formally inaugurated by the Governor and after inspecting the building, the arrangements of various rooms, laboratories and smart classes were observed. During this, various models and innovations displayed by the students in science and technology laboratories were appreciated.
