BPCL has announced vacancies in various departments:
Junior Executive (Engineering): 175 Posts (Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical etc. + 5 years experience).
Associate Executive (QA): 30 Posts (M.Sc Chemistry + 3 years experience).
Junior Executive (Accounts): 25 Posts (Inter CA/CMA + Graduation).
Secretary BPCL: 08 Posts (Graduation + 5 years experience).
Apart from this, there will also be appointments on the posts of Wayside Facilities and Official Language Implementation.
Age limit and salary
The age limit and salary structure are different for different posts:
Age Limit: Maximum age for Junior Executive 32 years And for Associate Executive 35 years Has been decided. Reserved categories will get relaxation as per rules.
Salary Package: Annual CTC for Junior Executive and Secretary posts is approx. ₹12.28 lakh While for Associate Executive it is ₹17.11 lakh Goes till. The pay scale will be between ₹30,000 to ₹1,40,000.

The selection process may mainly include Application Screening, Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task and Personal Interview.
