In this episode, today the team of Saharanpur Development Authority (SDA) has taken major action with the police force. The construction done there was frozen by running a bulldozer on an illegal colony ‘Abdullah Residency’ being built on the city’s Behat Road without passing a map.
This action started in the morning, causing a stir in the area. Authority officials say that complaints were being received about this illegal colony for a long time. Notices were also issued several times to the developer who settled the colony, but he ignored it and continued the construction work.
Plots were cut without map
According to the information, the developer started plotting in the colony without passing the government rules without passing the layout or map from the authority. Boundary walls and roads were also constructed in many places. This morning when the team reached the spot with a bulldozer, they first dropped these illegal constructions.
The SDA Secretary has clearly stated that no illegal construction of the city will be tolerated. He has also appealed to the people that before buying a property or building a house, check whether it is legally correct or not, so that they do not have to face any kind of damage later. During this action, a heavy police force was deployed on the spot in view of the possibility of any kind of protest.
