The victim says that she was called at home on some excuse and then locked in the room and committed a wrong action with her.

The case is of a village in Kopaganj police station area. According to the information received, a woman of the village went to the village head’s house for some work. It is alleged that the head was not at home at that time, but his brother called the woman inside the house. The victim told in her complaint that as soon as she reached inside, Pradhan’s brother pulled her into a room and closed the door. After this, the accused started forcefully and tampering with him.

When the woman started screaming to save herself, her voice was heard by her brother-in-law. Hearing the scream of sister -in -law, the brother -in -law immediately ran to Pradhan’s house. Seeing the view there, he was stunned and started opposing the accused. After this, there was also a fight on both sides.

After the incident, the victim dared to reach the Kopaganj police station with her family and lodged a written complaint against the accused. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police immediately came into action and took the accused into custody. CO City Dhananjay Mishra said that on the basis of the victim’s tahrir, a case has been registered against the accused in the relevant sections and further legal action is being taken by arresting him.
