Mamta Kulkarni has clearly said in a recent statement that she never had any connection with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. He completely rejected these allegations and said that he was only defamed.

In his defense he said, “I never had any relation or connection with Dawood Ibrahim. People have been unnecessarily linking my name with him. It was all just rumours.”

Actually, Mamta Kulkarni’s name was associated with drug mafia Vicky Goswami, who was one of the big drug smugglers of that time. The news of Mamta and Vicky’s relationship was common, and due to this their names also started being associated with the dark streets of the underworld. Later, Mamta Kulkarni’s name along with Vicky Goswami also surfaced in the international drug racket, due to which they were also detained in Kenya.

Mamta says that because of her relationship with Vicky Goswami, people assumed that she had connections with the entire underworld, whereas this was not true.

Today Mamta Kulkarni is living a spiritual life, far away from the world of glamour.
