BJP Mission 2027: Major organizational reshuffle underway in Uttar Pradesh, ‘one person, one post’ formula to eliminate veterans BJP Mission 2027: Major organizational reshuffle underway in Uttar Pradesh, ‘one person, one post’ formula will eliminate veterans

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has already given its full strength for the 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Taking lessons from the Lok Sabha election results, the party has now prepared the outline for a major and comprehensive organizational change in the state. If sources are to be believed, the main objective of this major reshuffle is to infuse new energy into the organization and remove the shortcomings which were burdensome in the last elections. Under this new blueprint, the party seems to be in a mood to take many tough decisions, in which the biggest attack is going to be on the leaders holding dual positions.

Hunter will follow ‘one person one post’, many veterans will be furloughed

In this organizational restructuring, BJP is going to strictly implement the principle of ‘one person one post’. There are many senior leaders and officials within the party who, along with playing key roles in the organization, are also holding ministerial posts in the government or handling other government fronts. In view of the upcoming election challenges, the leave of such leaders from the team is being decided, so that they can devote their entire time and attention only to strengthening the electoral ground. This decision will open new avenues for the grassroots and active workers who have been working in the organization for a long time, due to which a new enthusiasm can be seen among the party workers.

Bet on social engineering and entry of new youth team

Caste equation has always been the biggest factor in UP politics and BJP does not want to leave any stone unturned in it this time. Special care will be taken of social engineering in the upcoming new team, in which there is a strategy to give greater representation to backward, extremely backward and Dalit castes as per their population and influence. Along with this, efforts will be made to reduce anti-incumbency by promoting young faces. The party believes that with balanced representation of youth and all sections, the ‘PDA’ (Backward, Dalit, Minority) card of the opposition alliance can be firmly cut.

61 weak assembly seats and BJP’s special ‘action plan’

At the center of this entire change are those 61 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh, where BJP’s performance in the last elections was not as expected or where the party lost by a very small margin. BJP has prepared a special action plan for these weak seats. In these areas, not only the in-charges are being changed, but to solve the local equations there, direct supervision of big leaders at the central and state level is being fixed. A blueprint has been prepared to double the party’s big programs, rallies and public relations campaigns on these 61 seats so that these strongholds can be won back before 2027.
