In Bihar, unbridled criminals have given an open challenge to the police administration by committing a very heinous and cult incident of murder followed by kidnapping. 1. Went out to the market:May 18 (Monday) at 5:00 pm.

2.Ransom message came in Punjab:Late Monday night.
Amidst the investigation, the miscreants sent a diplomatic message on the WhatsApp of Vishal’s elder brother Raja Mahato, working in Punjab. In the message, he confessed to kidnapping Vishal in exchange for leaving him alive. Ransom of Rs 2 lakh Was asked for. Since then that number was switched off.
3. FIR lodged in the police station:19 May (Tuesday).
As soon as the bitter news of ransom was received, upset mother Mamta Devi reached Palasi police station and registered a strict case of kidnapping against unknown miscreants. Police started investigation and raids at diplomatic level.
4.Blood soaked body recovered:20th May (Wednesday) morning.
On Wednesday morning, the third day of the kidnapping, villagers saw the dead body of a teenager in Bahiyar of Belbari, 10 km from the house. Upon identification, it turned out to be the dead body of the missing Vishal, who had been brutally chopped with a sharp weapon.
Police sent the body for postmortem, claimed strict action
As soon as information about the heinous murder was received, Palasi police station reached the spot with its police force. Under strict legal protocol, the police took the body in their custody and sent it to Araria Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. A large crowd of villagers gathered at the spot, demanding immediate arrest of the culprits.
