According to the latest intelligence input received by the police headquarters, Maoists and banned Naxalite organizations may target ministers and MLAs during the session. In view of this serious threat, the headquarters has issued orders to the SPs of all the districts to remain alert 24 hours.
1. Preparation for ‘ambush’ during the budget session

3. Strict instructions from Police Headquarters (SOP issued)
IG (Operations) has directed all district captains to follow strict protocols:
Road Opening Party (ROP): Patrolling has been intensified on important routes.
Pilot Safety: The security team accompanying the convoy of ministers has been asked to be more alert.
LRP Campaign: ‘Long range patrolling’ has been started on the roads adjacent to the forest areas.
4. Target of ‘Naxal-free’ Jharkhand by 2026
