Just before the start of the crushing season, an important decision to increase the State Supported Price (SAP) of sugarcane has been taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. After this decision of the cabinet, now sugar mills will purchase sugarcane from farmers at new rates. The new prices for different varieties of sugarcane are as follows:
