Big Game in Voter List, Names Removed from Yadav Dominated Areas

News India Live, Digital Desk: Tejashwi Yadav’s Big Allegation: A new and serious controversy has arisen before the Lok Sabha elections in Bihar politics. Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav has seriously accused the Election Commission and the current government of Bihar of manipulating the voter list. He has claimed that a large number of voters of the Yadav community are being removed from the voter list from the Yadav -dominated areas in the state, while no other areas have been affected.

Tejashwi Yadav says that this is a well-planned political conspiracy, which aims to weaken the vote bank with his M-Y (Muslim-Yadav) equation. He alleged that the government machinery is being openly misused in this work and the administration is also doing its own arbitrary. According to him, it is an attempt to deprive Dalits, underprivileged and poor people from the franchise, and the voters are being forced to unnecessarily cover long distances, which is also having trouble in getting their names in the voter list.

The RJD leader also raised the issue in the context of Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jin Nyay Yatra’, which aims to convey the message of social justice and equality. Tejashwi also reminded that similar allegations were made during the assembly elections earlier, when the names of voters of certain specific castes were removed from the voter list. He believes that this time also something similar is being done before the Lok Sabha elections.

Expressing his concern, Tejashwi Yadav also said that such actions raise questions on the fairness of the democratic process in the state. He has appealed to the Election Commission to conduct immediate intervention in this entire matter and conduct a thorough investigation. His clear message is that all the severed names should be added back to the voter list so that every eligible citizen can exercise his franchise. This issue can be further hot in Bihar politics in the coming time, especially in view of Lok Sabha elections.
