One of the biggest wounds of India, the mastermind of ‘Pulwama terror attack’ and the country’s most wanted terrorist Arjunmand Gulzar alias Hamza Burhan is no more. He was laid to rest (buried) on Friday after being shot by unknown assailants in Islamabad, Pakistan. Many Pakistan-fostered global terrorists and bosses of banned organizations participated in the ‘Namaz-e-Janaza’ of this dreaded terrorist. The death of Hamza Burhan, who was also known as ‘Doctor’ in the terrorist corridors, has once again created an atmosphere of panic among the enemies of India taking shelter in Pakistan.
ISI officers and Syed Salauddin arrived at the funeral, terrorists trembled due to fear of unknown attack.
Not only commanders of terrorist organizations but also top officials of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI secretly attended the funeral of Arjunmand Gulzar alias Burhan. Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salauddin and Al-Badr supremo Bakht Zameen Khan were mainly present during the funeral. According to the pictures and intelligence inputs surfaced on social media, dozens of terrorists armed with AK-47 and modern weapons were deployed around the area to protect these dreaded terrorists. The terrorists were so scared of the attacks by ‘unknown attackers’ happening one after the other in Pakistan that even during the funeral, they feared for their lives.
There was a connection with the Pulwama attack, the Indian government had declared him a terrorist.
It is noteworthy that on 14 February 2019, there was a suicide attack on a CRPF convoy in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, in which 40 brave Indian soldiers were martyred. Burhan was one of the main architects of this heinous conspiracy. After this attack, he fled to Pakistan and joined the terrorist organization ‘Al-Badr’. In view of his dangerous activities, the Home Ministry of India officially declared him a terrorist in the year 2022. In recent times, he was hiding his identity and living undercover in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and teaching fundamentalism to children by becoming the principal of a private school in Muzaffarabad.
Three bullets were fired in the head, one suspect arrested from the spot
According to Pakistani police and local media, unknown assailants near Islamabad targeted Burhan at close range and fired three bullets into his head. The blood soaked terrorist was immediately taken to the nearest hospital, where doctors declared him dead. After the incident, Pakistani police has claimed that they have arrested a suspected attacker who was trying to escape from the spot with the help of local people, who is being interrogated.
From Kashmir to Bengaluru and then Pakistan: Left medical studies and became a terrorist
Burhan was originally a resident of Pulwama district of South Kashmir. While sharing his history, his father Gulzar Ahmed Dar said that Arjumand was studying MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University, Bengaluru in the year 2017. After the first semester, he returned home in December and on January 28, 2018, without informing his family, suddenly went to Pakistan, where he became a terrorist. Burhan’s father has appealed to Indian security agencies that his second son Shahid Gulzar should not be punished for his brother’s crimes. Let us tell you that Shahid was arrested in 2022 and he is currently lodged in Jammu jail.
