Post details and vacancy details

A total of 389 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive, which includes 260 posts of Manager and 129 posts of Junior Executive:

  • Manager Posts (260 Posts): Of these, maximum 145 seats are for Manager (Civil Engineering). Apart from this, there will be recruitment in departments like Electrical, Finance, IT, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Operations, Commercial, Corporate Planning and Corporate Communications.

  • Junior Executive Posts (129 Posts): Of these, maximum 79 seats are for Junior Executive (Operations). Other vacancies are available in the departments of Finance, Law, and Survey & Cartography.

Note: If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she will have to register separately for each post and pay separate application fee.

Qualification, Age Limit and Experience

  • Age Limit (as on 7 September 2026): Maximum age limit for manager post 32 years And for the post of Junior Executive 27 years Has been laid. Reserved categories will get relaxation under government rules.

  • Educational Qualification and Experience: According to the post, degree in related subject is necessary. For the post of Manager in the relevant field 3 years work experience It is mandatory to have, whereas for the post of Junior Executive no experience required Is.

Selection Process: Exam will be conducted without negative marking

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer-Based Test (CBT). Objective (MCQ) questions will be asked in this exam and the most reassuring thing is that in the exam There will be no negative marking.

After this the shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and interview. For the post of Manager (Fire Services), applicants will also have to pass Physical Measurement, Driving and Physical Endurance Test.

Salary and application fee

  • Pay Scale (Salary): Candidates selected for Manager post will get a pay scale of ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 (Annual CTC is approximately ₹21 lakh). Whereas for Junior Executive, the pay scale of ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 1,40,000 (annual CTC is approximately ₹ 14 lakh) has been fixed.

  • Application Fee: The fee for General, EWS and OBC category is ₹1,000. Whereas for SC, ST, Divyang, women candidates and 1 year apprentice candidates of AAI, the application is completely free.
