But today the world has changed. Today’s child is living in a world where every information of the world is on his fingers, at a distance of one click. AI tools like Google, YouTube and now chat GPT have created a ocean of information in which anyone can dive.

In such a situation, the question arises that when “what to read”, it is all present on the Internet, then what is the role of a teacher? Is their job just to complete the syllabus? The answer is- no. Today the role of a teacher has become much larger and important than ever. Now their job is not to give information, but to teach that information to swim in the ocean.

Today’s teacher will have to teach children the things that Google cannot teach.

1. Identifying right and wrong

There is information on the Internet, but everything is mixed with truth, lies, opinions and propaganda. The biggest task of today’s teacher is to teach children ‘Critical Thinking’. They have to teach how to do not trust any information. How to understand the difference between facts and opinions. How to identify fake news and reach the correct source of information. This is the skill that will save them from deception throughout his life.

2. Not just cram, teach to understand and use

Taking information is now an old thing. Today the real challenge is how to use that information to solve the problems of real life. A good teacher teaches children to connect book knowledge with the real world. He tells them that mathematics formulas are not only to pass the exam, but also to solve everyday problems. 3. Teaching to ask questions

The biggest knowledge is hidden in questions. Google answers you the same questions that you ask him. But who will teach to ask the correct question? This work belongs to a teacher.
