Home delivery available in select cities
BSNL is currently doing home delivery of SIM cards only for three cities. These include Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Trivandrum. If you live in Ghaziabad and Gurugram, you can order a SIM card through the Prune app. For Trivandrum, you will have to go to the LILO app. Note that BSNL is currently doing home delivery of only prepaid SIM cards.
How to book a new BSNL SIM card
- To get a SIM card at home, first go to https://prune.co.in/mno-bsnl/.
- After visiting the website, choose prepaid and postpaid SIM card options.
- Here you will be asked whether you want to port your number or want a new number.
- Here choose the option which SIM you want as per your requirement.
- After giving all the information you have to click on the submit button.
- In the next step you will be shown the plans, after selecting the preferred plan you will have to fill in the personal details.
- In the last step, you will have to upload Aadhaar, Passport or Driving License as your ID proof.
- After this you will have to make the payment. As soon as you make the payment, your SIM will be booked.
- After completing all the steps, you will receive a message once the SIM is booked.
- The SIM card will be sent to your home within a few days.
