Jabalpur, May 30 (HS) Madhya Pradesh High Court has rejected the bail plea of ​​a private school operator of Bhopal. The school operator is accused of raping an 8-year-old innocent girl studying in class 2.

Bhopal police had registered a case against three unknown people including a woman warden on April 30. In this case, the accused Miniraj Modi was arrested by the police on May 14. The accused's bail was cancelled by the District Court Bhopal, after which the accused filed a bail petition in the High Court to get relief. Which was rejected by Justice Vishal Dhagat considering the seriousness of the case.

It is noteworthy that on April 30, a case of rape of an 8-year-old girl studying in class 2 in a school hostel was reported in Bhopal's Misrod police station area. The girl told her mother about the incident. When the girl's mother reached the hostel on receiving the information, she lodged a complaint. When the team of the Child Commission reached the school for investigation after the complaint, the school management made the team stand outside for half an hour and did not open the gate. After this, the Additional DCP also reached the school.
