
Jhajjar, May 29 (HS). Former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh was remembered in Bahadurgarh on Wednesday on the occasion of his death anniversary. In the office of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, the state president of the Sangh Satish Chikara and others paid tribute by offering flowers in front of the portrait of Chaudhary Charan Singh, who was a great well-wisher of the farmers.
Addressing the farmers on this occasion, State President of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, Satish Chikkara said that Chaudhary Charan Singh was a true well-wisher of farmers and laborers. He said that our country is considered an agricultural country. The farmers of the country are the food providers of the country but there have been very few politicians who have taken real care of their facilities. There was only one Chaudhary Charan Singh whom farmers of every generation remember. Chaudhary Charan Singh was the messiah of farmers. He believed that the country cannot prosper until the villages are developed. Chaudhary Charan Singh had said that the path to the prosperity of the country passes through the villages.
Farmer leader Satish Chikara said that if we follow the path shown by Chaudhary Charan Singh and work with honesty and dedication and contribute to the progress of the country, state and farmers, then it will be our true tribute to this great leader.
