According to sources, Arvind Kejriwal suspects that he has some serious illness. Kejriwal said in his petition, 'My weight has decreased by 7 kg after my arrest. My ketone level is high. I may have symptoms of some serious illness. Max doctors have examined him. Therefore, I will have to undergo PET-CT scan and many tests. Citing health, Arvind Kejriwal has sought 7 more days to get the test done. In fact, the Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal till June 1 in the Delhi liquor scam case. Kejriwal will have to surrender on June 2. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal only to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. Delhi Liquor Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21 in the scam case, since then he is lodged in Tihar Jail under judicial custody.

Arvind Kejriwal has come out of jail after 51 days. The Supreme Court gave him the freedom to breathe in the open air for only 21 days. This decision was given by the bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta of the Supreme Court. This case is related to alleged corruption and money laundering in the formulation and implementation of the Delhi government's excise policy for 2021-22. This policy has now been discontinued. Manish Sisodia has also been arrested in this case.
