A form was filled for entry into the TRP game zone, which clearly stated that if any injury or death occurs due to any reason, the organizers will not be responsible. If any injury occurs while playing the game, the game zone will not take any responsibility for it. The employees of the game zone used to give entry only to those people who filled this form.

Regarding this accident, it is being claimed that the owners of the game zone did not take fire NOC from the fire department. Apart from this, there was no emergency exit to exit the play area. There was only one gate to enter and exit the play area.

Police have registered a case against six people including Game Zone owner Yuvraj Singh Solanki and Prakash Jain for this incident. A case has been registered against them under sections 304, 308, 337, 338 and 114 of IPC. Police have taken Yuvraj Singh Solanki into custody and he is being questioned. There are four owners of Game Zone, out of which the names of Yuvraj Singh Solanki, Prakash Jain, Rahul Rathod, Mahendra Singh Solanki have come to light.
