For the convenience of hundreds of girl students studying in Manohar Memorial PG College, the city's premier higher educational institution, a sanitary pad vending machine was installed in the college on Thursday. This machine has been provided to the college by Sarika Mittal and Vikas Mittal associated with Save Earth-Save Human NGO. This sanitary pad vending machine was presented to the college by the Mittal couple on Thursday. On this, college principal Dr. Gurcharan Das and women's wing in-charge Dr. Meenakshi Kohli expressed gratitude to the Mittal couple.

Dr. Meenakshi Kohli, in-charge of MM College Women's Wing, said that at present more than 1500 girl students are coming to the college to study. In such a situation, there was a great need for such a machine for these girl students. Regarding this, when he contacted Sarika Mittal associated with Save Earth-Save Human NGO, she immediately took cognizance of this problem and keeping in mind the health of the girl students in the college, she immediately made this machine available. With the help of Dr. Kanta, this machine was presented to MM College today. Sanitary pads will be available to girl students at all times in this machine. Dr. Meenakshi Kohli and Sarika Mittal said that girls' health is an important topic because a healthy woman is the strong foundation of a healthy society. He said that Sarika Mittal and her family have been supporting the students in the college from time to time for better education. He also contributed a lot in the construction of a magnificent basketball ground in the college campus. Sarika Mittal assured the college administration that whenever the college administration needs any kind of help, she will always be ready to support the students. College Principal Dr. Gurcharan Das expressed special gratitude to the Mittal family and Raman Singla from Save Earth-Save Human NGO and said that this machine will prove to be very helpful for the girl students of the college.
