Big news is coming out regarding Chardham Yatra. Now there will be a ban on mobile phones up to a distance of 200 meters from the temple. In this regard, Chief Secretary Radha Raturi issued guidelines and said that strict action will be taken if the rules are not followed. He said that a large number of devotees are coming for Chardham Yatra. Meanwhile, many people are also arriving who are coming not with faith but only for darshan and some of their actions are hurting the faith of the people. He said that special attention needs to be paid to ensure that no one hurts the faith here. Do not hurt anyone's religious sentiments.
The Uttarakhand government has written a letter to the Chief Secretaries of all the states asking them to spread the word in their respective states that no pilgrim should come on the Chardham Yatra without registration. Those who have registered should come only on the dates on which registration took place. Apart from this, the Chief Secretary has also appealed to the pilgrims to be cautious and cooperate with the administration.
Apart from this, the Chief Secretary said that this year also more crowd is attending the Yatra than every year. In such a situation, we have decided that those traveling without registration will be stopped. Now we will send the vehicles ahead only after checking the vehicles at various places and talking to the devotees, so that there is no sudden crowd in the four Dhams. Along with this, the administration has also made it clear that action will be taken against those spreading any kind of rumor or wrong video.
