Women's Commission itself took cognizance

Taking cognizance of the matter itself, the Women's Commission has directed Vibhav Kumar to appear before it on May 17 at 11 am. On Thursday morning, Vibhav Kumar was seen with Arvind Kejriwal at Lucknow airport. Kejriwal reached Lucknow to attend the joint press conference of Indian alliance leaders. Meanwhile, when Kejriwal was asked a question on Swati Maliwal case, Kejriwal did not give any answer. During this, Kejriwal was also seen sitting in the car with Vibhav Kumar.

Commission asked for report from Delhi Police

National Commission for Women has written a letter to Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora in this regard. This letter was written on 13 May. The Commission has sought an action taken report in this matter from Delhi Police within three days. Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has alleged that she was attacked at the CM residence. He has made these allegations against Kejriwal's close aide Vibhav Kumar. Later, party leader Sanjay Singh said that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken cognizance of the incident with Swati Maliwal and will take strict action in this matter.
